STUDENT ENROLLMENT
As we have grown, we've added grades each year. It's a goal of ours to fill our Middle School grades this upcoming school year. We have a gap in this specific age group, so it's our intention to motivate families to join us. - Step 1: Submit an Application

As enrollment opens January 15, 2025, we ask that you SUBMIT the Student Application online, along with the non-refundable $75 Application fee for NEW families.
*ONLY ONE REGISTRATION FEE MUST BE PAID PER HOUSEHOLD*
Returning families Registration Fees are waived.

This payment and application secures your place in the enrollment process and initiates the timeline for conducting our in-person family interview, as well as a student assessment. The student will need to be present for the family interview. You will be contacted once we receive your application and payment to start this process.

- Step 2: Family Interview and Student Assessment

After receiving your application, the school will contact you to schedule an in-person family interview. We ask that you bring in a copy of their final report card. We may also request to assess your child at a later date. This interview and assessment will occur before the school year begins, in order to reserve your child's spot in the enrollment process. By assessing your child, this will help us determine their placement at the appropriate level here at Shiloh Community School.
Your $75 Application fee is non-refundable. **PLEASE ONLY SUBMIT ONE REGISTRATION FEE PER HOUSEHOLD**Once we have completed both the interview and the student assessment, we will contact you promptly with our decision. This decision will not be made lightly, but with careful consideration and much prayer with our team.
- Step 3: Enrollment

After the school notifies you of your child's acceptance, we ask that you submit the following documents:
- Enrollment Package Forms
- All K-9th Grade students are required to submit standardized test scores and/or assessments.
- If your child is accepted into Shiloh Community, we will request official records from the child's previous school(s). This should include any behavior or incident reports.
- If your child has an IEP, 504, medical documentation of diagnosis, etc., please send any documentation in regard to these things.
- Enrollment Acceptance Offers will be sent via email March 14th for families whose enrollment is not contingent upon an Opportunity or ESA+ Scholarship Award offer.
- Enrollment Acceptance Offers will be sent via email by April 25th for families whose enrollment is contingent upon an Opportunity or ESA+ Scholarship Award offer.
Upon acceptance from the school, there will be a non-refundable $200 Tuition Deposit for NEW and RETURNING K-9th Grade students to secure their enrollment and a non-refundable $75 Tuition Deposit for Pre-K scholars. This deposit is due by June 1, 2025 and will be applied towards the 2025-2026 Parent Portion owed.
