STUDENT ENROLLMENT
The reality is that we are not the only place you could enroll your child and we fully acknowledge that. Whether it be public school, another private school, or your own homeschool, you have to make the decision that is best for your family. When we say Shiloh Community School staff "does life" with your child and your family, we partner with families in raising their child to love Jesus and make His name great through the education we provide. It's our goal to be involved in our student's lives inside and outside of school, so our enrollment process is much more than an application and acceptance. Each family will complete an application, be interviewed, submit immunization records, records from previous schools, and have their child complete an entrance assessment. We commit to pray for you and your family during this process. To find out how your child can become a Shiloh Sheep, follow the link below, fill out the application and submit your payment via the link below.
FAMILIES NOW HAVE THE OPTION TO PAY 9 OR 12 MONTHLY PAYMENTS.
- Step 1: Submit an Application
-
As enrollment opens January 15, 2024, we ask that you SUBMIT the Student Application online, along with the non-refundable $75 Application fee for NEW families.
You can pay the registration fee by clicking the button below or making a check payable to Shiloh Community School, mailed the same day that your application was submitted online:
Mail to: Shiloh Community School
PO Box 605
Madison, NC 27025
This payment and application secures your place in the enrollment process and initiates the timeline for conducting our in-person family interview, as well as a student assessment. The student will need to be present for the family interview. You will be contacted once we receive your application and payment to start this process.
To review the tuition breakdown for 2024-2025, see above.
- Step 2: Family Interview and Student Assessment
-
After receiving your application, the school will contact you to schedule an in-person family interview. We ask that you bring in a copy of their final report card. We may also request to assess your child at a later date. This interview and assessment will occur before the school year begins, in order to reserve your child's spot in the enrollment process. By assessing your child, this will help us determine their placement at the appropriate level here at Shiloh Community School.
Your $75 Application fee is non-refundable. Once we have completed both the interview and the student assessment, we will contact you promptly with our decision. This decision will not be made lightly, but with careful consideration and much prayer with our team.
- Step 3: Enrollment
-
After the school notifies you of your child's acceptance, we ask that you submit the following documents:
- Enrollment Package Forms
- All K-8th Grade students are required to submit standardized test scores and/or assessments.
- If your child is accepted into Shiloh Community, we will request official records from the child's previous school(s). This should include any behavior or incident reports.
- If your child has an IEP, 504, medical documentation of diagnosis, etc., please send any documentation in regard to these things.
Upon acceptance from the school, there will be a non-refundable $200 Tuition Deposit for NEW and RETURNING students to secure their enrollment. This deposit is due by June 1st and will be applied towards the 2024-2025 Parent Portion owed.
