STUDENT ENROLLMENT

As we have grown, we've added grades each year. It's a goal of ours to fill our Middle School grades this upcoming school year. We have a gap in this specific age group, so it's our intention to motivate families to join us. If you're interested knowing more about the details of this Fill the Gap Campaign, please reach out to us here.

The reality is that we are not the only place you could enroll your child and we fully acknowledge that. Whether it be public school, another private school, or your own homeschool, you have to make the decision that is best for your family. When we say Shiloh Community School staff "does life" with your child and your family, we partner with families in raising their child to love Jesus and make His name great through the education we provide. It's our goal to be involved in our student's lives inside and outside of school, so our enrollment process is much more than an application and acceptance. Each family will complete an application, be interviewed, submit immunization records, records from previous schools, and have their child complete an entrance assessment. We commit to pray for you and your family during this process. To find out how your child can become a Shiloh Sheep, follow the link below, fill out the application and submit your payment via the link below.

Now Accepting Opportunity and ESA Scholarship Recipients

We understand the sacrifices that families must make in order to send their child to an alternative, Christian private school. We made it our goal to assist our families in every way possible to lessen the financial burden. We're confident that you work diligently to provide for your family, so we are proud to announce that Shiloh Community School has been chosen and approved as a Non-public school in North Carolina to accept Opportunity and ESA Scholarship recipients. You can find out if you qualify for either of these scholarships by following the link below. The window for applications for the Opportunity and ESA Scholarships are currently CLOSED, BUT WILL REOPEN FEBRUARY 2025. The NCSEAA will continue to accept new applicants through the summer until funds are exhausted. Do not miss your chance to apply for the upcoming school year.

*ONLY ONE REGISTRATION FEE MUST BE PAID PER HOUSEHOLD*

This payment and application secures your place in the enrollment process and initiates the timeline for conducting our in-person family interview, as well as a student assessment. The student will need to be present for the family interview. You will be contacted once we receive your application and payment to start this process.

To review the tuition breakdown for 2025-2026, see above.

Step 2: Family Interview and Student Assessment

After receiving your application, the school will contact you to schedule an in-person family interview. We ask that you bring in a copy of their final report card. We may also request to assess your child at a later date. This interview and assessment will occur before the school year begins, in order to reserve your child's spot in the enrollment process. By assessing your child, this will help us determine their placement at the appropriate level here at Shiloh Community School.

Your $75 Application fee is non-refundable. **PLEASE ONLY SUBMIT ONE REGISTRATION FEE PER HOUSEHOLD**Once we have completed both the interview and the student assessment, we will contact you promptly with our decision. This decision will not be made lightly, but with careful consideration and much prayer with our team.

  • Enrollment Acceptance Offers will be sent via email March 14th for families whose enrollment is not contingent upon an Opportunity or ESA+ Scholarship Award offer.
  • Enrollment Acceptance Offers will be sent via email by April 25th for families whose enrollment is contingent upon an Opportunity or ESA+ Scholarship Award offer.
